Qualifications

Qualified candidates will have a BSCE degree and four (4) to six (6) years of experience or the equivalent work experience five (5) to ten (10) years in land development and/or public works.

Registration as an Engineer-in-Training is required.

Professional Engineer registration is preferred.

Completed Coursework In The Following Areas Desired

• Transportation and highway engineering
• Hydrology and hydraulics
• Geotechnical engineering
• Surveying

Experience Must Include

• Ability to take plans from conceptual design to final plans
• Preparation and processing of plans for commercial and/ residential land development projects, including roadway, utility, grading and drainage design.
• Knowledge of jurisdictional codes, standards and procedures in the Tucson Area is preferred.

CAD/Civil3D Experience Is Required.

A good driving record is required.
